Each team will compete for the top time award.  This award will be determined by adding the best two times from individuals on that team after each race. Those two times will be averaged and posted as a “team time.”  Two runners from the same team must complete all four races to be eligible for the award.  If more than two runners complete all four races from a team, the two runners with the lowest cumulative combined times will be averaged per race and used to determine the winner. This is a “traveling trophy” which will be displayed in the winning organizations headquarters until the next year’s Grand Slam. A department may only enter badge carrying members of their organization.  No outside "ringers" may represent an organization.

The company or organization that enters a team (at least two participants in each race) in the Grand Slam (all four races) will receive the corporate cup (traveling trophy) to display in their home office until next year’s Grand Slam This award will be determined by adding the best two times from individuals on that team after each race. The team with the most participants completing all four events will also receive an award.  Any team may be named and organized representing a business, public organization, or civic group in Oldham County. This award is also a “traveling trophy” to be displayed until the next year’s Grand Slam.

ATTENTION: To enter your team, fill out registration forms for all team participants and mail them together with your team name written on each form to: Mark Brockman, Crestwood Baptist Church, P.O. Box 70, Crestwood, KY 40014. You may add team members up to the beginning of the CBC race on May 30th. Please make sure if you add a team member after the initial registration forms for the team are sent in, that you alert us to the fact that the new entry is for your team.
