Return all entry fees to:  OC Grand Slam, P. O. Box 248, Buckner, KY  40010.  Make checks payable to Oldham County YMCA.

Applicants must be in attendance at all four (4) races to receive final Grand Slam t-shirt.  T-shirts will be distributed at each race with Grand Slam t-shirt to be distributed at Apple Patch Race
